 Ritchie Paik is Vice President, Customer Development for DSC Logistics.
Ritchie leads the company's efforts in researching, identifying and
pursuing new business opportunities to facilitate and support growth with
new customers. He oversees the RFI/RFP process for new customers, and
works closely and collaborates with Business Development, Marketing
Communications and Solutions. Ritchie joined DSC in 2008 from United Parcel
Service (UPS), where he was Director of Sales, managing a territory with
over $507 million in annualized revenue and 122 employees. He led the
organization in the achievement of sales goals and was recognized for
outstanding performance, receiving the Directors Award for 2006 and 2007
for "Largest Revenue Growth in the U.S." Also in 2006 he received the
Directors Award for "Best In Class Growth to Asia" and "Best In Class
Growth in Freight Services." Ritchie received his Bachelor of Business
Administration from Columbus University, Picayune, Louisiana, and his
Logistics Certificate from the Council of Logistics Management, University
of California, Riverside, California.
