Kevin Coleman is Vice President, Customer Solutions. Kevin leads DSC’s strong solutions team as well as providing leadership for the business development team and helps grow our business and strengthen DSC’s position as a leading supply chain partner.
Kevin originally joined DSC in 2002 as Director, Customer Care, and was a key contributor in elevating the Customer Care role and strengthening our Customer Relationship Management process. He provided leadership for several key customers and was later promoted to Senior Director, Customer Solutions and charged with leading the development of creative customer solutions and collaborating with DSC teams to ensure solutions were implemented as designed.
Kevin subsequently joined Echo Logistics to take a strategic transportation business development position. In 2009, he rejoined DSC as Senior Director, Customer Solutions. He successfully led the development of comprehensive solutions by building a strong solutions team with cross-functional competencies and an expanded knowledge base. He developed team members who have strengthened individual skills who collaborated effectively as a team and with others in the company. In addition to fostering and driving cross-functional involvement within DSC to improve the solution development process and results, Kevin played a key role in business development activities, bringing expertise about solutions to strategic discussions with prospective customers.
Prior to DSC, Kevin spent eight years in consulting for TZA, Oracle, MarchFIRST, and Deloitte. Kevin received his Bachelor of Arts from University of Illinois..
